LIFE is a Project

“Project LIFE” emerged during a moment of spiritual reflection and spending time with God. It was revealed that I would utilize my project management skills to fulfill this assignment. From my experiences, I realized that life can be approached and managed like a project with purposeful and intentional actions.
Addressing aspects of your life as projects can bring structure and clarity to your calling. We will look at your purpose as a project to discover insights and principles that can be used to move you forward in your journey. You will be provided with practical tools and strategies for effectively managing the assignments in your life, enabling you to set clear goals, navigate challenges, and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Throughout this journey, you will discover how you can bring intentionality, stewardship, and divine guidance to every goal-oriented project that you undertake. The objective is to equip you with the knowledge and tools to approach the activities in your life as a series of purposeful projects, maximizing your potential and fulfilling your God-given assignments.
Project (PMI definition):According to the Project Management Institute (PMI), a project is a temporary endeavor to create a unique product, service, or result. It is temporary because it has a defined beginning and end in time and, therefore, defined scope and resources. A project is unique because it is not a routine operation but a specific set of operations designed to accomplish a singulargoal.
Projects and our lives have beginnings and ends, with many activities in between. Life can be viewed as a project requiring intentional steps to implement your plan. Effectively managing a project and living your life involves being aware of the tasks at hand, taking ownership of your actions, and considering the impact of your decisions on yourself and those around you.
There will be uncertainties and unexpected challenges along the way. Navigating and adjusting to new situations and circumstances often requires flexibility and adaptability. The ultimate destination or end state may not always be clear, but having a sense of what you want to achieve and the direction you desire to move in is essential.
Setting goals and creating plans can provide you with a sense of clarity and purpose. These plans act as guideposts, helping you make clearer decisions and take actions that align with your desired outcomes. Just as project management principles provide structure and organization, adopting similar approaches in your life can bring order and efficiency.
