Many of you have asked for a simplified version of the book LE COACHING SDHEA, a manual of 636 pages in French*, almost unsuitable for newcomers, but biblical for all professionals, doctors or psychologists, for reflexologists, naturopaths, psychiatrists, from the medical world and the medical world, and the systemic technical therapies included in the book allow you to: to train a professional in a very short time, from a few hours to a few weeks. CHAPTER I: SYNCHRONIZATION

To successfully communicate from your unconscious to the unconscious of your coachee, you need to equip yourself with a visa based on the visual, auditory, kinesthetics (touch and presence), smell and taste (taste)

For your passport to be valid, you must update it by actively listening to it. To obtain your visas, you must analyze the VAKO channel used by your interlocutor.

How does the information pass between the coach and the coachee?

The information exchanged between one person, and another is done through the auditory canal (speech and sound) but also through the visual and kinesthetics channels.

How do we know which channel the coachee is using?

When the preference of the information channel used is visual, the person's eyes look upwards. For the ear canal, the eyes look from right to left, linearly in the center. For the kinesthetics channel or inner dialogue, the eyes tend to look down. This channel is also called VAKO or VAKOG in NLP, in reference to V for visual, A for auditory, K for kinesthetics, O for olfactory and G for gustatory.

So how do we do it in reality?

Well, if when talking to the person, we see that they are looking upwards, they are releasing the visual and we will tell them, for example, you know what I mean...

If she looks from right to left, she's auditory, for example, she's a musician, we'll tell her, for example, what do you mean by that...

And if she looks downwards instead, she's releasing emotion-based information or she's in her thoughts. They will then tell himhow you feel right now...

We shall see later in detail what these glances mean, either to the left or to the right.

What is Iconic Memory?

Memorization is based on mental images. A mental image is a visual, auditory, or kinesthetics image in the broadest sense, i.e., a storage in the form of holographic images of kinesthetics images, sounds and information.

The images are only visual while the mental images are multiple (visual, auditory and kinesthetics). Among the mental images, some contain meaning (emotions and contexts), we will call them icons to differentiate them and by extension the iconic memory.

So, what is an icon for memory?

Well, it's a VAKOG+ mental image of context and emotions. Information is stored in the cortex in the form of icons. This explains why thought is associated with VAKO perceived in eye movement.

This is known as aniconic memory. It's a memory that hasmeaning, emotion in a context.

Iconic memory is a memory in the form of a mental image classified with its meaning or context that gives it meaning (thedogs I have known, that have bitten me, that I have petted, that have made me cry etc..), and a good label in the form of a word (the word dog, or Boby etc...). Sometimes it's a part of the VAKO contained in the icon that serves as a memory label(when I see a dog, I remember the last time I was bitten!)

What is synchronization?

It is the main passport to pass from one unconscious to another unconscious.

Synchronization is a step of reciprocal recognition of the Coach and the Coachee by the oldest reptilian brain which is essentially done through smells, movement and detections of shapes, colours, taste (the KOG of the VAKOG!).

Synchronization is based on vibrations, pulsations detected by the eye from one person to another, posture, rhythm of the voice, its tone, its majority representation system or VAKOG.

Finally, synchronization considers the reciprocal position of the two people. This position is called proxemics.

So, what is proxemics in synchronization?

It is the position that two people take together to speak and communicate a verbal or non-verbal message to each other.
