Lesson One: The Creation and Fall ofMan
Focus Thought: Mankind’s origin and fall require our creator, God, to deliver us. God came in the form of Jesus Christ to save us from the curses we inherited from our common ancestor, Adam.

- Review mankind’s origin and triune nature.
- Familiarize everyone with the three realms.
- Recap the rise and fall of mankind.
- Reveal several of the curses mankind inherited from Adam, especially those pertaining to power and authority.
Introduction
Why God? To some, this is a pointed question. Others would rephrase the question, Why not God? Are we talking about why we need God or looking for answers on why God has done or allowed something to either happen or not happen? To have any chance of attempting a response for the latter question, we must first focus on addressing the prior question pertaining to why we need God.

You are a created being, not a fabricated evolutionary bi-product whose missing link can never be substantiated. You are a spirit with a soul in a physical body created by God in His image for a specific purpose. Your purpose is the reason for your existence.
“And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.” – Genesis 2:7
“So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them.” – Genesis 1:27
Mankind can only create something new by modifying material that already exists. We can either help preserve life or take life, but cannot create life. Yes, the birth of a child requires a supernatural encounter to bring that which is naturally conceived to life. It takes God to breath in you and make you a living soul.
