This book is the result of a project I did at the end of a two year colour therapy course with Mark Wentworth of Colour for Life. I asked my colour allies or guides to give me information about each of the nice colours we where working with. I began by doing a painting for each colour, and as I did so, I tried to connect to and feel the energy of each particular colour vibration. This was at times surprising and altogether very enjoyable.
