Bergamot is one of the essential oils with a sweet spicy aroma found in the Rutaceaa genus. The oils are derived from the peel of the fruit of the same name that looks much like a cross between an orange and a lemon. Beta Sitosterol is basically an herbal agent containing a mixture of phytosterols. Its popularity is beginning to grow as a substitute for saw palmetto. It contains far more sterols than the latter.
