Yanto Chandra is an associate professor in the Department of Applied Social Sciences, Faculty of Health and Social Sciences at Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). His research focuses on organizations that create hybrid (economic and social) value, and how organizations (both for-profit and non-profit) shape the social structures of their communities. His research has been published in leading journals, including theJournal of Business Venturing, theJournal of International Business Studies, VOLUNTAS,and Worl Development,among others.
